Customer Support Associate

Roles Available:

• Customer Success Associate – Voice (Domestic)
• International Customer Support – Voice
• Technical Support – International Chat + Voice
• Outbound Sales Associate – Voice

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and/or chat
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution
• Document interactions and drive end-to-end closure
• Achieve quality and performance benchmarks
• Drive sales conversions for sales processes

Eligibility and Skills:

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written), clear grammar and pronunciation; no MTI/RTI
• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate as per process
• Freshers eligible for select roles
• Mandatory experience where specified:
• International Tech Support (min 6 months) for technical roles
• Outbound BPO Sales (min 1 year) for sales roles
• Age: 18 to 35 years (role-wise variations may apply)

Compensation:

• Domestic Voice: 25,000 CTC; approx. 20,400 in hand
• International Voice (US): up to 32,000 CTC
• Technical Chat + Voice (International): 31,000 CTC
• Outbound Sales (Voice): 26,000 CTC; approx. 21,200 in hand
• International Voice – Reach Mobile: 26,000 to 29,000 CTC; approx. 21,400 to 25,400 in hand

Work Mode and Shifts:

• Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Sector 30)
• Work from Office
• 5 or 6 days working depending on process
• Rotational shifts for most roles; day shift window for female candidates on specific processes
