About the Role:

Are you confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping people make informed decisions? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Associate and play a key role in promoting Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products to potential clients!

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of telesales experience (insurance preferred)
• Strong verbal & written English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal & objection-handling abilities
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• IRDAI certification preferred (we provide training!)
