Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle Customer Queries – Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve Issues – Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain Records – Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM or support systems.
Provide Product/Service Information – Explain features, usage, policies, and procedures to customers.
Escalate Complex Issues – Forward unresolved or critical cases to higher-level support or relevant departments.
Meet Service Targets – Adhere to response time, resolution time, and quality standards.
Customer Follow-ups – Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending or escalated cases.
Feedback Collection – Gather and share customer insights to help improve products and services.
Adhere to Policies – Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Maintain Professionalism – Deliver excellent service while being polite, empathetic, and patient.
