Role: Sales/Customer Support Associate - Fresher

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (Graduation in any discipline)

Experience: Fresher or below 1 year experience in marketing/sales field

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company services, and generate interest to achieve sales targets.
• Explanation & Query Handling - Clearly explain travel packages or services to customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
• Follow-Up & Conversion - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads, convert them into confirmed customers, and update records in the system and report daily activities, customer interactions, and sales updates to the manager.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & basic English).
• Ability to convince the customers.
• Basic Computer knowledge, MS Office and marketing.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Employment Type: This role offers 45 days of on-the-job training with salary, followed by a full-time employment opportunity.
