Customer Support Associate (Email & Chat Support)

In this role at XTEN-AV, you will be a Customer Support Associate responsible for assisting customers during the night shift. Your main responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email during night shift hours. - Providing personalized assistance to customers with tailored solutions and guidance. - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases when necessary. - Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations. - Staying updated on product/service knowledge to offer accurate information to customers. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer support procedures. Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred. - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working independently during night shift hours. - Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus. - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional work on weekends or holidays.
