Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be responsible for post-sales support, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving addon/upgraded sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has good communication skills, and is motivated by targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to existing clients after the sale is completed
• Understand client requirements and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through professional communication
• Identify opportunities for addon services and upsell digital solutions
• Work towards achieving monthly sales/upgradation targets from existing clients
• Perform cold calling when needed to boost conversions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and upgrades in the CRM

Requirements:

• Freshers from any educational background can apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, support, or customer service will be preferred
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be based in Delhi and comfortable working from our Kirti Nagar office
• Should be target-oriented and proactive in client engagement
