Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Agoda Travel (Voice Process)

Profile 1: CL-11 (Experienced – International Travel Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate / BE / B.Tech
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Travel/International Voice Process
• Assessment: Must clear Operations Round and score Versant 60 or above

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹4,68,850 (Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC)
• In-hand Salary: ₹31,243/month
• MIV (Performance Incentive): ₹3,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to travel bookings
• Provide support on cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and travel modifications
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolution accuracy
• Work closely with internal teams to address escalations effectively
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel policies, offers, and Agoda system tools

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills – fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of travel processes, GDS systems (if any), or global support environments
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
• Quick learner with a problem-solving approach
