Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Delight Executive to join our Post-Sales team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with customers after registration of their plot/property, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their post-sales journey. Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in Customer Service / CRM / Post Sales support – preferably in Real Estate, Land Development, or Property Sales You will be responsible for handling all customer queries and concerns related to registration, patta, chitta, EC, maintenance, and banking assistance , along with generating repeat and referral business by delighting our customers. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after registration of their land/property. Resolve queries related to: Property registration Patta and Chitta transfer Encumbrance Certificate (EC) Maintenance or utility concerns Bank loan or documentation support Coordinate internally with legal, documentation, maintenance, and banking support teams to resolve issues on time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools and ensure all communications are tracked and followed up. Make regular follow-up calls to: Update customers on post-registration processes Collect feedback Generate referrals and repeat sales from satisfied customers Educate customers about project developments, new launches, and potential investment opportunities.
