Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Alfa Laval India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal products and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer success strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in the thermal products industry.
Strong understanding of thermal products and their applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
