Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success & Sales Associate located in Jaipur. The Customer Success & Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing product knowledge. Additionally, the associate will contribute to sales strategies, maintain sales records, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills including relationship management and effective communication
• Sales experience and skills including meeting targets and contributing to sales strategies
• Product knowledge and the ability to provide detailed information to customers
• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
