Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager - HCM at SAP, your role involves proactively engaging with an assigned portfolio of less complex customers to achieve business outcomes. You will support the customers" executives within a customer's buying center with the close support of manager/peers to drive mutual success across the Customer Value Journey. Your responsibilities include assuring the continuity of the customers" cloud subscription-based solutions and maximizing their usage at the product level under the oversight of management. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers" success with SAP cloud subscription solutions within a given domain or scope of assignment - Support execution of Line of Business (LoB)/Buying Center level Relationship Assessments - Support development, maintenance, and actioning of buying center or LoB-level Outcome Success Plan (OSP) - Coordinate success resources across SAP to accomplish customers" desired outcomes - Regularly execute the OSPs - Monitor LoB(s) adoption/consumption and document business impact Qualifications Required: - 7 - 15 years of experience in areas like SaaS or Cloud Solutions experience with HCM experience as a plus - Experience in managing customer engagements including commercial experience - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills - Excellent analytical skills In addition to your role, SAP is a purpose-driven and future-focused company with a highly collaborative team ethic, commitment to personal development, and a culture of inclusion.
