Customer Success Officer

As a Patient Engagement Manager / Customer Success Officer, your role will involve leading patient interaction and engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding - Acting as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team - Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns - Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Creating and maintaining documentation for customer support cases To qualify for this role, you need to have: - A BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented qualities - Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups - Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred - Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with leading dental professionals in a patient-focused, collaborative work environment.
