About the Role:

Patient Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understanding
  • Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases

Requirements:

  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in

    patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management

    is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
