Job Description: As a Customer Success Management Analyst at Accenture, your role involves transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will be part of a team that assesses, designs, builds, and implements best practices on processes, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing support for lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media to generate leads, scheduling first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conducting customer surveys, identifying participants for events, and raising awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. - Nurturing a high volume of accounts, upselling/cross-selling/activating existing and new accounts. - Retaining and growing revenue within your accounts. - Developing an understanding of our partners" business goals, turning data into compelling stories, and providing actionable insights to help them succeed. - Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships. - Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership. - Working with client business segments handling medium to enterprise opportunities. - Working on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers. - Having quota-based sales experience with a sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion. - Demonstrating specific knowledge of the IT and cloud-based technology industry. - Showing interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications. - Proving ability to consistently achieve 100%+ KPI attainment in previous sales roles. In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. Your day-to-day interaction will primarily be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management, you will be given moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and may also affect the work of others. You will function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
