Job Description

You will be joining Drip Capital as an Account Manager focusing on the US market during the night shift. Drip Capital is a US-based fintech company dedicated to transforming global trade for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), enabling them to expand internationally effortlessly. With a mission to simplify trade finance and sourcing for businesses in emerging markets, Drip Capital leverages advanced technology to streamline processes and provide seamless access to capital. Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth within the US market, which is the company's largest and fastest-scaling region. As an entrepreneurial Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the client base, increasing wallet share from existing customers, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term relationships with key SME stakeholders. Your ability to engage with various stakeholders, think strategically, and execute tactically will directly impact Drip Capital's financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO/CFO) in SME clients. - Drive revenue growth by expanding wallet share from existing customers and acquiring new clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts throughout their lifecycle. - Develop innovative deal structures to maintain a competitive edge. - Address complex customer inquiries regarding Trade Finance and Drip's product offerings. - Meet and exceed annual revenue targets from assigned accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, credit, operations, product) to ensure a seamless client experience. - Focus on understanding client needs deeply to build strong, trust-based relationships and prevent dropouts. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Operations. - Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently. - Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to provide data-backed insights. - Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction. - Ownership mentality and a growth mindset to adapt to evolving business needs. Additional Information: - Job Location: Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai - Work Model: Work from Office (Monday to Friday) - Shift Timings: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST) - Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday,
