Waybeo offers advanced intelligence through call tracking & ad generated calls for enterprises. Serving about 22,000 locations across India, Waybeo is an Airtel backed company with a clientele of 56 enterprise customers, including Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, Honda cars, etc. The company provides in-depth intelligence services, enabling marketers to optimize their strategies and drive revenue through ad-driven phone calls. As a Customer Success Intern at Waybeo, you will collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery from products and services. Your role involves building and maintaining client relationships, addressing customer queries, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the Customer Success team to manage customer accounts. - Working with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. - Supporting onboarding and training of new customers for successful product adoption. - Learning about competitors and analyzing how to integrate new processes. - Monitoring customer usage patterns for improvement opportunities. - Conducting customer follow-ups to gather feedback and offer solutions. - Assisting in maintaining and updating customer data in CRM tools. - Creating and managing customer success documentation and reports. - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Basic computing knowledge with multitasking and documentation skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office tools like Excel and familiarity with CRM tools. - Passion for customer service and improving customer experience. - Ability to collaborate across different departments and work in a team. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of the Hindi language. Qualifications: - Previous internship or experience in customer support or success. - Graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably an MBA or related discipline.
