Customer Success & Insights Lead

You are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join as a Customer Success & Insights Manager for Drape.it, a Virtual Try-On (VTON) and fashion discovery service. In this role, you will serve as the connection between users, the product team, and growth initiatives, providing valuable insights on user preferences, areas of improvement, and overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demos, organizing events for user acquisition and retention, collecting feedback from users, collaborating with the design and tech team on product evolution, assisting users with onboarding and support, and managing influencer engagements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have an interest in fashion, e-commerce, or user-first digital products, be comfortable with social platforms and lightweight tech, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. Experience in user research, community engagement, or influencer outreach would be a bonus.
