Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to both existing and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. - Proactively scheduling calls with prospective clients via phone and email, including cold calling. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. - Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients. - Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue. - Researching companies to create strategic communication plans. - Interacting with sales, marketing, and project delivery team members to determine customer needs collaboratively. - Responding to customer requests in a courteous and professional manner. - Developing new business through established channels and mass communication to introduce Estate Master solutions and identify appropriate buyers. - Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects. - Assessing the results of marketing campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: - Inside/telephone sales experience. - Strong communication skills. - Outgoing and friendly, able to quickly build professional rapport through various channels. - Sales-oriented, goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work independently. - Proven ability to achieve results and meet commitments. - Ability to work both individually and in a team. - Previous experience selling intangibles is a plus. - Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional selling role in the IT sector. Please note that the work location is preferable in Vadodara, and the job timing is in the UK shift. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time, a yearly bonus, and a preferred work location at Vadodara.
