Job Description

• Respond to customer queries via call, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity
• Provide accurate information about products, processes, and services
• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
• Build trust and rapport through clear, empathetic communication
• Handle complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate with 6+ months of voice/chat support experience preferred
• Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome
• Proven customer service or client-handling experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to different customer types
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
