Customer Success Director

As the Director of Professional Services at the company, you will lead and manage the Professional Services team focused on providing exceptional service to clients in the SaaS industry. Your role will involve driving customer adoption, increasing retention, and delivering measurable value through expert-led service engagements. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing a high-performing Professional Services team by providing coaching, mentorship, and career development. - Overseeing project implementations, post-implementation services, and driving adoption of the company's SaaS solution. - Collaborating with internal teams to shape service offerings, identify process improvements, and ensure service scalability. - Managing financials, advocating for customers, fostering collaboration, and reporting on metrics. To qualify for this position, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in leading SaaS implementations and customer success initiatives. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services. - Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL are a plus.
