Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Success & Support Associates for multiple voice/chat/email-based roles. These positions involve handling customer queries, assisting with product/service-related issues, and providing professional support via various communication channels.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and relevant experience in support, sales, or technical troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation required for most roles (undergraduates allowed in some)
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred (Customer Support, BPO, or Telesales)
• Strong communication skills in English or English + Hindi (based on role)
• Typing & basic computer skills mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must live within 20 km of the Gurugram office

Salary Range:

• ₹23,000 – ₹32,000 CTC (Based on experience & role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Assist with product-related concerns
• Offer resolutions via voice, chat, or email channels
• Ensure high-quality customer experience
• Follow processes for documentation and reporting
