Customer Success Associate

Role: Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and resolve queries efficiently.
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  
• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products with accuracy and professionalism.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the operations and client teams.
  

Required Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Marathi and Hindi

• No

  MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

  or

  RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)

  ; strong grammar and pronunciation.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
  
• Sales acumen will be an added advantage.
  

Qualification:

• Graduate from any field.
  

Languages:

• English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred).

Experience:

• Open to both

  Freshers and Experienced candidates

  .
• Preference will be given to candidates with

  insurance experience

  and

  sales background

  .

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Shifts

• Female employees: Day shifts till

  8:00 PM

• Male employees: Full rotational shifts
