Role Overview:

Customer Success & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
• Drive sales through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and retention targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 03 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
