Role Overview: As a Customer Service & Sales Associate in an International BPO specializing in cross-selling, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to residential customers while promoting and selling telecommunications products and services. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Your role will also require you to overcome objections using consultative sales techniques, process customer orders accurately, and contribute to ongoing training sessions.
