Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates with proven experience in cross-selling and targeted sales within International BPOs. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of telecommunication products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to residential customers.
• Promote and sell telecommunications products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while engaging with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and contribute best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate, or Post Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales / Cross-Sales / Targeted Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with night.
• Open to candidates from any location across India.
