We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems. As our Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and making sure they have a positive experience with us.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve issues quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work with other teams to improve processes and service
