Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Handle customer grievances and resolve queries promptly. Meet daily targets for calls and data entry. Upsell services and products during inbound customer calls.
