Customer Service (Voice - Hindi & English proficiency) for Ghaziabad Location

You will be responsible for handling customer service calls in Hindi and English at our Ghaziabad location as a Senior Process Executive. Your primary duties will include efficiently addressing customer queries and issues, adhering to established procedures to meet SLA targets, ensuring voice quality standards are maintained, and maximizing call handling efficiency to meet quality benchmarks. The role also involves working from the office in Ghaziabad, with a requirement for good communication skills in both Hindi and English. To be considered for this position, you must hold a minimum education qualification of 10+2+3 full-time and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. The working schedule is during the day shift, with a fixed Sunday off and one rostered off day between Monday to Saturday. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.
