Job Profile: Trainer- Customer Services Training deliverables with Site visit, Pan India Job Description: 1. Exposure to ILT & Online training 2. Minimum experience of 4+years 3. Exposure in the Customer Service process 4. Ability to travel without any hesitation 5. Preferably Male candidate 6. Ready to work on festivals /holidays & Sundays. You will get one weekly off. 7. Work timings would be 9 AM to 7 PM 8. To train the CS users of different process for SBI credit cards 2. Should be ready to give outdoor training as well as it includes 80% of Site training. 3. Person will be responsible to classroom as well as on job training to the CS executive Roles & Responsibilities: · Responsible for New Hiring candidates training in the term of product knowledge customer handling grooming and system skills. · Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments by meeting the stake holders and using reports. · Plan training interventions for the Customer Services team based on Training Need Identification. · Prepare and communicate the training calendar on regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar. · Review daily file and share the observations with all stakeholders · Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program · Prepare and maintain reports on monthly basis to track the efficacy of training imparted · Supporting the effective on-boarding product training for existing credit card Customer services users by creating effective training modules. · Travelling entire location & coordination. · Act as a Subject Matter Expert for projects and initiatives within the department and Company
