About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented professionals with a positive attitude to join our team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle customer service interactions primarily via calls for the US process

-Deliver timely and accurate service while maintaining defined productivity standards

-Develop strong client and domain knowledge to resolve queries on the first contact

-Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort

-Maintain high quality standards for both internal and client-level delivery on calls

-Comply with Customer Service attendance and accountability policies

-Resolve customer issues and queries effectively, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

-Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their implementation

Education & Qualifications

Graduate degree in any of the following disciplines:

B.Com, B.A., BBA, BHM, BSc, BSc IT

Note: Candidates with Honors in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics are not eligible

Skills & Experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

-Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office applications
