Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Associate for the US Process based in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve handling customer interactions through calls, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery while meeting productivity standards. It will be essential to develop in-depth knowledge of our clients and domain to resolve queries effectively on the first contact. Adhering to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is a key aspect of this role, encompassing metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort. Maintaining high-quality standards in customer interactions, complying with attendance policies, and documenting customer issues for follow-up will be integral parts of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to identify operational improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in disciplines such as B.Com, B.A., BBA, BHM, BSc, or BSc IT. Candidates with Honors in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics are not eligible for this role. Besides educational qualifications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility to work in rotational shifts, and basic proficiency in MS Office applications are essential requirements.
