The main responsibilities for this position include: Lead Generation - Generating leads for ILSCV deals by engaging with DSE or through channel partners/open market. Customer Relationship Management - Managing customer relationships from start to finish, which includes explaining product offerings and addressing sales inquiries. - Upselling additional product offerings to customers. - Providing customers with relevant information to enhance their understanding of products and services. - Going above and beyond to assist customers in a positive manner. Dealer Relationship Management - Maintaining relationships with assigned dealers. Deal Processing - Gathering all necessary pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and accurately inputting data (RSPM, SAGE, etc). Internal Stakeholder Management - Collaborating with operations and credit teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications.,
