Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating leads for ILSCV deals through engagement with DSE or channel partners/open market. Additionally, you will manage customer relationships from start to finish, explain product offerings, address sales inquiries, upsell additional products, and provide relevant information to enhance customer understanding. You will also maintain relationships with assigned dealers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of loan applications. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads for ILSCV deals by engaging with DSE or through channel partners/open market. - Manage customer relationships, explain product offerings, address sales inquiries, upsell additional products, and provide relevant information. - Maintain relationships with assigned dealers. - Gather all necessary pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and accurately input data. - Collaborate with operations and credit teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in lead generation and customer relationship management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. - Attention to detail and ability to accurately input data. - Knowledge of RSPM and SAGE is a plus.,
