Job Description

As a successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for achieving business targets through acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your role will involve identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, and ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building a strong brand identification with potential customers, ensuring vendor empanelment, and developing relationships with new vendors. Your responsibilities will also include developing strong distribution channels and ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations. Overall, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization by driving business development initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships.,
