Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify target markets and prospective customer segments for housing loan business growth.
Pre-screen customers in accordance with organizational norms and housing loan eligibility criteria.
Ensure timely login of housing loan applications and follow up through the disbursement process.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding housing loan requirements and cross-selling relevant products.
Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer interest and strengthen the TCFSL brand presence in the housing market.
Build strong internal and external client relationships to enhance brand identification and drive repeat or referral business.
Ensure vendor empanelment and establish strong relationships with new vendors, including technical and legal partners relevant to housing loans.
Develop strong distribution channels to support housing loan business expansion.
Ensure full compliance with Audit requirements, RBI regulations, and organizational policies.
