You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms. Your key tasks will include ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. To achieve this, you will proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as required. In this role, you will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships, both internally and externally, and establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and establishing strong distribution channels. Another important aspect of your role will be ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. By effectively managing these various responsibilities, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the organization.,
