As a business development professional at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the business targets through the acquisition and retention of new client relationships. You will play a crucial role in identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments in alignment with our organizational norms. It will be essential to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and effectively cross-selling multiple products as required. Your duties will also include increasing the number of log-ins and disbursements, executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, and establishing strong client relationships internally and externally. Building a robust brand identity with potential customers will be a key aspect of your role, along with ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and creating strong distribution channels. Moreover, it will be imperative for you to maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to uphold the integrity and reputation of the organization.
