As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. It is crucial to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments in line with organizational norms. Your focus will be on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs proactively and cross-selling multiple products as required. Key Responsibilities: - Identify target areas for prospective business - Pre-screen customer segments as per organizational norms - Ensure the number of logins along with disbursement - Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products - Execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand - Build strong client relationships internally and externally - Develop relationships with new vendors and ensure vendor empanelment - Establish and strengthen distribution channels - Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to work on vendor empanelment, develop strong distribution channels, and ensure compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations.,
