As a candidate for this position, your main responsibility will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to be a graduate in any discipline and possess the skills to identify target areas for prospective business. Pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms will also be part of your role. Your duties will include ensuring the number of logins and disbursements, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships, both internally and externally, and establishing a solid brand identification with potential customers will be essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish strong distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations is a critical aspect of this role. Your ability to meet these requirements while achieving business targets will be key to your success in this position.,
