You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your key focus will be on ensuring the number of logins and disbursements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Understanding customer needs proactively and cross-selling multiple products will be crucial in this role. In addition, you will execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. Developing a strong brand identification with potential customers will be essential. You will also be responsible for vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and establishing robust distribution channels.
