You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms. It will be your duty to ensure the number of logins along with disbursement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements. Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand will be crucial. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build strong distribution channels. Compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations is essential in this role.
