Your primary responsibility will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. It will be crucial to ensure both the number of logins and disbursements meet the set targets. Customer satisfaction is key, and you will be expected to proactively understand their needs and cross-sell multiple products to meet their requirements. Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand will also be part of your role. Building strong client relationships internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish robust distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations is non-negotiable in this role.,
