The job involves achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will be expected to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursement and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs proactively and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will be required to execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally to establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. It will also be essential to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish robust distribution channels. Furthermore, you will need to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to maintain a high standard of operational integrity.,
