You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursement and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. In this role, you will be required to execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be crucial to your success. You will also need to ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors, along with building strong distribution channels. Additionally, you must ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity and reputation of the organization.
