You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your main tasks will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements. Additionally, you will be required to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. Developing a strong brand identification with potential customers will also be a key aspect of your role. You will need to ensure vendor empanelment and establish relationships with new vendors, as well as develop robust distribution channels. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
