Customer Service - Retail Sales - Builder Channel - Housing - DM - Chennai - Tamabaram - CRE

As a successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your primary duties will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, and ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements. Your focus will be on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. This will involve executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand and building strong client relationships both internally and externally to establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. In addition, you will be expected to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build strong distribution channels. It will also be essential for you to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of our operations.
