Customer Service Representative(Females only)

You will be responsible for: - Handling customer inquiries and providing support via calls and emails - Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally - Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Qualifications required: - Minimum Graduation Experience required: - Minimum 2 years in customer support Additional Details: The company provides cab facility for transportation and offers benefits such as flexible schedule, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
