Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to basic sales inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Share product details, availability, pricing, and offers with interested buyers.
  • Verify order details of website orders and customer information before processing.
  • Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
  • Handle order-related queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Ensure error-free data entry and support backend operational tasks.

Required Candidate profile

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, order management tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience in order processing/ customer suport/ Sales is a plus; freshers can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
