Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented female Customer Representative & Guest Handling Executive to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in hospitality or customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests to their tables and ensure comfort throughout their dining experience.
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest queries efficiently.
• Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
• Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality, communication, and presentation.
• Promote a positive image of the restaurant at all times.

Requirements

• Only Female Candidates (smart, confident, and presentable).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations preferred.
• Excellent personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guests with grace, patience, and professionalism.
• Age Preference: 20 – 30 years.
