Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our voice support team in Bangalore. This role involves managing customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a great service experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and prior work experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Understand and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate call records and system entries
• Meet assigned targets for quality and productivity

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass
• Experience: 6 months preferred (BPO or non-BPO)
• Communication: Good verbal skills in English and Hindi
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, 6 days a week
• Must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation

Job Details:

• Work Mode: On-site (office-based in Bangalore)
• Shift: Rotational (Day/Early Evening)
• Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
• Training: Provided post-selection
• Incentives: Performance bonus available
